Shipping policy

We ship premium fragrances from Johannesburg across South Africa.


1. Delivery Areas & Carriers

  • Nationwide delivery within South Africa via reputable couriers.
  • We do not currently ship internationally.


2. Handling Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
  • During peak periods and promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Main centres: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Outlying/remote areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on address and order size/weight.
  • Free shipping thresholds or promotions will be indicated at checkout when applicable.


5. Fragile & Hazardous Goods

  • Fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as flammable. We comply with courier guidelines for safe transport.
  • Certain delivery options (e.g., air) may be restricted.


6. Tracking & Delivery

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel at the delivery address.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays; additional fees may apply for re-delivery.


7. Loss, Damage & Inspection

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address supplied.


8. Click & Collect / Pickup

If offered, details (locations, pickup windows, ID requirements) will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
